If the ink does not come out from the pen in the beginning, please shake the pen several times and write. The ink will fade with time passing by for its erasable nature. If the pen-holder doesn't beat smoothly, twist off the pen-holder and reassemble it again, then everything will be all right. If there are wrong words to be modified, you should erase after the ink is completely dried.

For the reason of the ink's attribute, it's storage temperature shouldn't be higher than 50 degrees Celsius. The ink will dry out when the temperature is too high. Therefore, the pens should be stored in the dry, shady and cool environment, and be kept out of the direct sunlight. Also, if you feel hard to reach smooth writing, maybe the temperature is too low.
